Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to ship my order?

3–7 business days because it takes time to get some transfers in depending on the size of the order. Most orders with a quantity of 1–12 items can be handled in 1–5 business days.

What shipping options do you have?

Shipping options can be determined by what you want to pay. We use a company that ships via most methods: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

What changes can be made to my order?

Changes can be made only if the design hasn’t been submitted for the transfers yet. After that, it’s too late. BUT, for a fee we are happy to change it. That will most likely be $10 for a single item. Multiple items will be determined by how many and the cost involved.

When will my order arrive?

It will be determined by the time involved with the size of the order and the shipping option the client chooses. Most local items will be pick up by the customer, delivered by us, or meet up.
